If I could, I would rate them 10 stars! The team at Sydney Flowers went above and beyond! They checked with me on a part of my note that didn't seem to make sense AND they hand wrote the card in lovely script. It was the next best thing to being there in person. They made me feel like the most important customer in the world. The flowers were perfect - just as described on their website. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

This place was top notch. When they went to deliver, my grandmother was not home and they took the basket back, immediately calling me to let me know they will call her to confirm when she'll be there because the contents would have ruined if left at the door on that hot summer day.
